Haiti - Telecommunication : End of the integration of Voilà in the network Digicel
Digicel announced it has completed the integration of Voilà in its phone network. Now, customers of Voila and Digicel will be able to enjoy the benefits of combined network and of a better coverage throughout Haiti.

Damian Blackburn, Director General of Digicel Haiti declared "To all our esteemed customers, new and old, I would like to express my sincere thanks for your patience during this integration period, during which some of our services have been affected. Following the end of the integration, customers will have the pleasure to enjoy of a better coverage in Haiti through a wider network [...]

I would like personally say welcome to our new customers as they discover the benefits [...] such as the mobile internet service on Digicel 4G network. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our engineers, technicians and all employees who have worked tirelessly to complete the integration as soon as possible."


Remember that this integration also implies that all phones using the frequencies 850 and 1900 MHz are now out of use of the new combined network.
