Today, 1,500 women will benefit from the baskets of solidarity, which will allow you to cook and help your family, your children for a while, in addition, we also bring 1,500 vouchers, which consists of an amount of money of 1,000 Gourdes, that we will give you and will be put on your phone [...] during the registration we will ask you your ID card, so that a person does not receive twice, everyone should receive [...]

The program Ede Pep will go to the four corners of the country to help people who are in difficulty, [...] I am very happy to be in Kenscoff today to spend a little time with you, look at how things are going, if all things land well and also if things are not well done, so that I can correct them for the next time I would come, things are better made.

[...] For the basket of solidarity, we will also look at associations with what we can buy in Kenscoff, and also what we can do, to give you seed and fertilizer, for you to be able to plant in good condition and I ask the FAES [Funds of Social and Economic Assistance] to follow up [...]"

Klaus Eberwein, Director General of Funds of Social and Economic Assistance wanted to clarify "...the basket of solidarity is calculated for about 5-6 days for a family of 5 people. If these beneficiaries know that they have 5 days of food ensured, then the program becomes structuring for them.

There is a part [of the program], which is intended to persons on a recurring basis, and another part in the context of emergency, it is in this latter case that we came to Kenscoff and we will not return next month (with the Panye solidarite) [...]"
