Pierre Francky Exius, the President of the Senate Commission on Justice and Security, announced this week, that the Commission had convened for Tuesday, November 27, the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, as President of the Superior Council of the National Police (CSPN) as well as members of the Council : Jean Renel Sanon, Minister of Justice and Public Security, Ronsard Saint-Cyr, Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities, Réginald Delva, the Secretary of State for Public Security and Godson Orélus, Director General of the police.

The Commission wishes to inquire on the measures envisaged by the officials of the CSPN, to deal with the increase in insecurity found in many regions of the country especially in the metropolitan area, Cap Haitien and Jacmel.

The Senator Pierre Francky Exius hopes that the deadline granted for this meeting, will be sufficient to ensure that no member of the Council is absent for any reason, highlighting the example of the Prime Minister who is "all the time abroad" and is never present at convocations...
