Haiti - Politic : PRI deputies want to interpellate the Prime Minister Lamothe...
Following the condemnation of the General Secretariat of the Primature, of the intrusion into the offices of the Prime Minister, of 9 deputies of minority bloc "Parliamentary for the Institutional Strengthening (PRI)" [composed of 20 members], last Wednesday, the instances of PRIin an open letter dated 26 November 2012, signed by the deputies Sadrac Dieudonné, Partick Joseph and Marie Guerda Benjamin, justify their action as a legitimate new form of democracy [!]

"[...] The type of action that the PRI group undertaking, has nothing scandalous and abnormal. This action participates rather of the new democratic legitimacy, which is no longer limited to the action of gallery, as is done in other countries, particularly in France. In addition, when the community of an elected official is marginalized and that it does not have enough support in Parliament, he is forced to do of actions that bursts [...]"

PRI sees in the condemnation of their action by the Primature "[...] the inability of the Prime Minister to gather and coordinate the necessary skills as well as to glean the saving ideas to bring a breath of fresh air to the government team languid and indecisive [...]"

In his letter, the PRI accuses the Government Lamothe of being responsible for the destabilization and the Prime Minister in particular, to seek to weaken the institutions "by refusing to take into account the numerous salutary recommendations of the PRI group and by sulking a convocation and two invitations of Bureau of the Chamber of Deputies under the initiative of the group [...] by dispensing to execute laws, including the laws of finance 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 [...] By ordering the freezing of funds allocated to municipalities that represent the members of group PRI [...] the Prime Minister reinforces the policy of clan and sterile of regime Tèt Kale and Kale Tèt. Partisan politics of the Government Lamothe hinders the democratic process. It is the Parliamentarism duvaliérien that reborn [...]"

The PRI does not count to stop there and intends to interpellate the Prime Minister and take other actions that bursts if necessary. "The PRI group reiterates its decision to seek the interpellation of Prime Minister and obtain his removal, to boycott the presentation of its report at the beginning of the next legislative session in January 2013 and to take all other actions of bursts, if effective measures are not widely announced are not adopted [...]"
