Haiti - Politic : The President Martelly defines its priorities with Japan 06/12/2012 12:48:51
Haiti, which became President of the Committee of Foreign Trade of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), expects growth perspectives up to 6.9% for the year 2012-2013. During his last visit to Haiti, Dr. Jim Yong Kim, President of the World Bank, has noted, while admitting the level of commitment that remained to take to achieve the objectives "While Haiti's recovery has been impressive, the reconstruction and development require a sustained and consistent effort on the long-term," he declared. The President Martelly has finally asked Japan to participate in the establishment of a expertise mission, in order to help facilitate the introduction of Japanese companies in Haiti.
