Haiti - Security : The biggest clothing market of the Capital reduced to ashes

Friday a violent sinister, ravaged the market "Guérites", the largest clothing market of the capital [on the back of the market Hypollite].
The provisional toll does not report any loss of life, but the damage are considerable. Recall that this market had been rebuilt after being destroyed by fire in 2010.
Arrived on the scene with two fire trucks, firefighters, despite their efforts, have not been able to prevent the total destruction of stored goods, because of lack of infrastructure [no hydrants close to the market]. A third fire truck came in reinforcement from Jacmel to help contain the fire and prevent its spread.
The traders distraught, women and men of all ages, in tears, shouted their despair to what is now a field of blackened ruin and the total loss of their goods and theironly livelihood.
An investigation is opened to determine the exact cause of the fire, which is part of a long series, for the most part of criminal origin...
