A technical support phone, open open office hours, was put in place : 2811-0448 and 2258-11110.

TCA forms, of declaration of payroll deduction, request for discharge, request of turnover, tax license and of functioning of limited company among others, are available at www.mefhaiti.gouv.ht

In addition, a phone line 2258-1011, to receive only comments and advice on the tax collection and customs, is also available during office hours. "Taxpayers can now file their declaration manually by downloading the form or online by internet," said Jean Baptiste Clark Neptune, the Director of the DGI "[...] This is a first step that is done and that allows taxpayers to use the Internet to access and have the service of the tax administration.
