"We must promote decentralization and ensure better service to consumers across the country," declared the Minister. "We are now equipped for the measurements of mass and volume. Others will come later," assured Luc Especa. The DCQPC has already made several inspections of products for sale. Fuel pumps will be checked periodically throughout the country. "This is precisely to make the work more efficient, taking advantage of the decentralization policy of the Ministry, that we equip today the departmental offices of the Artibonite and North, with of instruments to measure the volume," explained the Minister Laleau, indicating that other departments will be gradually equipped.
