In the wake of the Cabinet reshuffle, which saw the arrival of 7 new ministers including 4 women (57%) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-7699-haiti-politic-important-cabinet-reshuffle.html , the Government Martelly-Lamothe becomes the more feminine of the history with 10 women Ministers (45.4%) out of 22 ; the Office of the Primature announces new appointments of Directors and Deputy Directors, within the public administration. These are :

Emmanuel Menard : Director General of the Radio and Television Nationale of Haiti (RTNH) ;

Gamal Augustin : Deputy Director General, of the Radio and RTNH ;

Cadeau Denis : Director General of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training ;

Télémaque Écclesiaste : Deputy Director General of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training.
