During these 3 weeks, the PNH officers worked n theory and practice on scenarios of throwing of grenades, crossing barricades and interpellation. "The idea is to allow the Haitian police force to develop operational capacities through advanced training for instructors who in turn will transmit what they have learned to their peers," explained the Colonel Mills Sylvestre, Chief of Training UNPOL at the Police Academy of Port-au-Prince.
