Haiti - Justice : The complaint against Joseph Lambert transmitted to the Cabinet of Instruction 12/05/2013 10:56:54
Both complainants say they have evidence that the former President of the National Assembly, plotting a conspiracy for their elimination. The National Network for the Defense of Human Rights (RNDDH) that made its own investigation, said to have also evidence that the lives of deputies was actually in danger.. Joseph Lambert, the current Special Political Adviser to the President had at the end of last month described as laughable the complaint filed against him at the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince, also describing of partisan the position of Marie Yolène Gilles, Responsible for programs in RNDDH "RNDDH is not a body of human rights. It is a political party," he had said. Joseph Lambert, said he was ready to answer the charges of his former colleagues of "Espwa" and "INITE", challenging them to prove that he planned their murders "[...] I am not a crook. The criminal is Saurel Jacinthe [...] This is why he thinks that someone can kill him. Any criminal developing this reflex," had declared the former Senator Lambert in response to the complaint. At the end of the hearing of two deputies, the Commissioner of the Government decided to transfer the case to the Cabinet of instruction.
