Haiti - Social : Official launch of the operation «Anrejistreman la pou la» in Mare-Briole
On Monday, the President Michel Martelly, went in the second section Mare-Briole n the commune of Belle Anse (Southeast) where he launched the Operation "Anrejistreman la pou la".

Within the framework of the registration program of undocumented in communal sections, the operation "Anrejistreman la pou la" consists to provide citizens with their birth certificate and their National Identification Card easily and in record time. According to the objective of this pilot project, nearly 10,000 people, most of whom are young people aged over 20 years and adults, will receive for the first time, these documents in this town, "Citizens have died without ever having possessed a birth certificate. Others, still alive, are older, but still do not hold this important document. This proves that for a long time, the state is not served the public very well at this level, "said the Head of State.

With the slogan "Yon moun, yon batistè, yon pye bwa", this program required by the President is implemented jointly by the Ministry of Justice and Public Safety, the Office of the Minister Delegate for the Promotion of Peasantry, the National Identification Office and the National Archives of Haiti.

Five Clerks, including that of Mare-Briole, Mr. Raphaël Isaac, were appointed to continue the operation. This operation, which started successfully in Mare-Briole, will cover the entire national territory.

Hundreds of thousands of Haitians are directly affected by the operation "Anrejistreman la pou la", designed to allow all Haitians to access the dignity of citizenship and the rights that flow from it, an important step towards the reduction of social inequality and the irreversible establishment of a true state of law.

Moreover, taking advantage of his visit, the President Martelly has promised to consider some infrastructure projects in the commune of Belle Anse, in the areas of health, education, access to water drinking and the development of the road network.
