The operation that took place without incident, was conducted by a "task force" composed of the Ministry of Environment, the Secretary of State for Public Security, the Mayor of Port-au-Prince and of Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Other similar operations will take place on roads and other warehouses to make scrupulously respect the decisions taken by the Administration Martelly and the Government Lamothe.

In addition, the Ministry of Economy and Finance informs that it will promptly take all necessary measures in order to facilitate the import of inputs, containers and paper products or cardboard fully biodegradable including sachets and bags made of fiber, sisal or pite.
