Also Friday Senator Jean-Baptiste Bien-Aimé, one of three senators who allowed Me Michel to leave the courthouse, rejected the government's allegations, claiming that parliamentarians have "ripped a defendant" of hands of the Director of Public Prosecutions. He explained to have responded to an urgent call of Me Carlos Hercules, the Bar Association of Port-au-Prince, noting that the Senate had decided to seek Me André Michel and place him under his protection because, according to Jean-Baptiste Bien-Aimé, of the risk ran by Me Michel, to be murdered by henchmen of Special Advisers of the Head of State, which would have benefited, according to the Senator, the movement of crowds to give him a "lethal injection" [?] without identifying the adviser...
