In his speech for the occasion, particularly aggressive, Dieuseul Simon Desras, President of the Senate and of the National Assembly, has painted a bleak picture of the situation of Haiti and made ​​a frontal attack on the Head of State, that he makes responsible for all evils, explaining that this convocation is the result of popular pressure on the Head of State...

According to Senator Desras, President Michel Martelly became a troublemaker "The President of the Republic is in open rebellion against the Constitution and the law. For Senator Edwin Zenny (Edo) this speech was not at the height of a President of National Assembly, while his colleague, Senator Wenceslass Lambert deplores "This is the speech of a President of the Senate in opposition to the powers in place [...] I do not expect anything else !
