Haiti - Tourism : First social projects completed in Île-à-Vache
During the visit, the second in a week, the Minister visited several social projects completed on the island, including a radio, a restaurant and a community center. She also took the opportunity to assess the progress of some work in progress, as the dredging of Ms. Bernard, the drilling wells and solar electrification in some regions.

Issues relating to the relocation, of fishing and farming activities, agriculture and basic services were once again at the center of discussions. Several leaders of associations, better informed, have proved more cooperative. It was agreed that workshops by sub-sectors of activity, will be held with various local associations, for a better understanding of the project by the inhabitants.
Edo Zenny and Hypolite Melius, of the Senate Committee "Culture and Tourism", member of the delegation led by the Minister of Tourism announced soon, the results of the analysis of the project document "Destination Île-à-Vache".
The visit of the Minister concluded with a presentation on the public square of Ms. Bernard, during which several leaders of organizations and members of the public intervened.
