Thursday at the National Palace, at the meeting of the Council of Ministers, under the leadership of President Michel Martelly, attended by the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, 11 Decrees were adopted :

1. Decree fixing the special status of the educational staff of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP). The implementation of this decree will ensure better management of educational personnel, including by giving the Ministry of National Education, the legal means to ensure better utilization and better development of these staff.

2. Decree establishing, from the Laws and Decrees in force, the list of local authorities and administrative districts of the country.

3. Decree regulating the operation of shelters "Maisons d’Hébergement" made available to women victims of violence. Fundamental rights protection and freedom of all persons within the territory of the Republic shall be guaranteed by the State. It has a duty to assist anyone whose life is in danger, because of the violence suffered. This decree aims to bring order in the establishment and management of "Maisons d’Hébergement".

4. Decree declaring area protected under the designation of "Protected Area of ​​Natural Resources Managed of Trois Baies" of coastal marine and terrestrial complex, located in the eastern half of the northern coast of Haiti.

5. Decree declaring Public Utility, a strip of land in the Municipality of Cité Soleil, for the rehabilitation of the stretch of road between Carrefour Vincent to Route 9. The implementation of this decree will reduce traffic congestion in this area.

6. Decree declaring Public Utility, a portion of land in the Town of Mirebalais, for the reconstruction of the bridge La Thème to facilitate traffic between departments including Central and Artibonite.

7. Decree declaring Public Utility, portions of land in the municipalities of Saint-Raphaël and Dondon, for use in the rehabilitation of road sections between Saint Raphaël to Dondon and Carrefour Ménard to Barrière Battant in order to decongest the traffic in this area. These portions extend over a 50m strip of land on either side of the road from the existing road.

8. Decree declaring Public Utility, portions of land, North-East exit Boulevard du Cap-Haïtien, in the Municipality of Cap-Haitien, for the reconstruction of the bridge Hyppolite.

9. Decree recognizing Public Utility Foundation for Sustainable Development and Integrated of Marmelade.

10. Decree recognizing of Public Utility the Professional Association of Banks (APB).

11. Decree recognizing of Public Utility the Haitian Association for the Development of Information Technology and Communication.
