Friday at the National Palace, the Council of Ministers under the leadership of President Michel Martelly, attended by the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe adopted four orders:

Order declaring of Public Utility certain areas Public Utility certain located in the municipality of Saint-Marc surfaces for the creation of eleven "exutoires" from the National Road # 1 to the sea (Order proposed by the Ministers of Interior, Justice, Economy, Public Works and the Environment). This Order is part of the obligations of the State to provide local authorities with the necessary infrastructure for their development.

Order declaring of Public Utility certain areas localized areas in the commune of Jacmel, to the rehabilitation of the Zoranger River. This declaration of public utility particularly concerns a strip of land on each side and along the river Zoranger to rehabilitate, construct or reconstruct bridges.

Order recognizing of Public Utility the Foundation called "Foundation Our Lady of Perpetual Help" (Order proposed by the Minister of the Interior)

Order establishing the National Commission for the Modernization of Public transport (Order proposed by the Minister of Social Affairs)
