It was also an opportunity for the Head of Government, to meet with the citizens present at the occasion. He was pleased to note that these works, which are a first in our history, are making great strides. This 8-ways interchange will open up areas bordering Delmas Airport and Nazon and most importantly, to mitigate the traffic problems. The opening of this major road infrastructure, is scheduled for late March 2015. It is the Dominican construction company Estrella, that ensures the construction of these two road infrastructure under the supervision of the firm LGL SA. The prime contractor is provided by the Directorate of Public Works.
