The President Martelly first thanked all personalities encountered in the framework of consultations "that have not bargained their reflections and proposals for the welfare of the Nation," before greeting the members of the Commission who have, according to him made their contribution to the building of democracy in Haiti "The Nation is already grateful to you through the respect and admiration it put on each of you. Evans Paul, leader of the "Konvansyon Inite Demokratik", believes that the decision of the President reflects his desire to solve problems through political consensus. He called political actors to deploy a patriotic effort to ensure that elections can be held in 2015 emphasizing that no country can develop in a climate of instability but in social peace. In addition, he promised that the Commission will fully assume its responsibilities and will manage to make recommendations, which will find the support of all stakeholders.

Mgr Patrick Aris, Spokesman of the Mediation Committee of the Agreement El Rancho, has also promised to work in order to promote an out of the crisis that would allow the country to breathe, especially during the end of year celebrations. Mgr Aris promised that the recommendations will take into account both the synthesis of consultations conducted by the presidecy that the Haitian reality.
