"On the occasion of the Christmas holidays 2014 and New Year 2015, the Steering Committee of the Union of Employees of the National Port Authority (SEAPN) presents its wishes for Health and Success to all its members for their great contribution to the restructuring and capacity building of the APN, to the Directorate General for its continuous and tireless efforts to reform the ports sector, to dynamize this large public company in order to make it a reference in the Caribbean, to the shipping agents, in particular, and to the port sector in general for their contributions to the advancement of the sector.
