Wednesday, Jimmy Albert, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC) and Nesmy Manigat, Minister of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) decided, by mutual agreement, to restart the partnership between the two ministries for better supervision of young people.

During a working meeting, the two ministers identified several avenues of collaboration for the implementation of projects for young people in schools.

The football inter-school championship reserver for under 20, that will welcome the encounters from 32 high schools and private schools from 8 to 19 March, which will be launched this Friday, March 6 at Parc St. Therese, Petion-ville, is one of the first activities on all actions envisaged.

Through this Championship, the objective is to create, among other a responsible behavior and sense of solidarity among students following the project objectives. An initiative that participate more broadly in the government's vision to accompany and supervise all young people to their fullest potential.

MENFP and MJSAC, reaffirmed their commitment and determination to work together for mentoring young people to promote the values and models to guide them in their lives.
