Following a request of Nesmy Manigat, the Minister of National Education, who wanted to provide support to students in public schools, especially those in the graduating class, a web application has been created by Jean Charles Joseph Mackendie, whose development is the work of Joseph Job Maurice, Director of secondary Education and Gérald Belizaire computer expert at the National Bureau of State Examinations (BUNEXE).

This web application is the result of integration of digital tools in Secondary Education in the perspective of creating the 2.0 high school who will serve as school model of the subsector turned completely to ICT.

This Application for Secondary Education (APPES), accessible on the Internet at : www.menfp.gouv.ht/mobile/ adapted to the consultation on mobile, has a 4-button menu that return each to educational resources in different formats, which will help the candidates in the exams of end of high school (Philo or NS4) to better prepare these exams.

The Menu "MENFP" present the application and provides access to documents such as: Educational Resources Printable PDF version, all versions of the text on the orientation of secondary education, the text of the mission and functions of the Directorate of Secondary Education (DES), the text on the educational and vocational guidance.

The Menu "MATIÈRE" refers to disciplinary fields where the framing of the texts of exams is made and the commented correctum of at least 2 model texts already submitted the bachelor is proposed.

The "MEDIA" menu allows the user to access video downloaded resources on the websites of www.netprof.fr/ a minute to understand and not to mention the video courses realized by the Educational Radio of MENFP in 1999 under the Support Project to Education in the Terminales Classes (PAPECT).

In the Menu "RESOURCES" users will find a list of links that deal with pedagogical issues related to the various disciplinary fields of secondary education in the final year, video documentaries, directory of universities of Haiti, a set of texts already proposed to the Haitian baccalaureate.
