Haiti - Politic : EU advocates consultation before applying the restrictions to RD

Moreover, he stressed that marine transportation was more expensive than land transport and also mentioned the risk of disturbances in trade between the actors at the land border, if the import ban by road was implemented, a measure that could become a new point of tension between the two countries.
