Haiti - Politic : Arcahaie paralyzed for over one month

"The MICT appeals to the sense of responsibility of leaders and of all citizens of the city of Catherine FLON, inviting them to calm and serenity necessary for the establishment of an atmosphere conducive to dialogue and the search for a negotiated solution going in the direction of the interests of the greatest number. Therefore, the Ministry of the Interior, invited the population archeloise to resume its business normally and allow students penalized by this situation, to regain in the best conditions the paths of their different schools from Monday, October 5, 2015."
