Haiti - Technology : Pilot phase of implementation of the UXP platform
Have participated among others in the meeting the representatives of the Unit for Combating Corruption (ULCC), of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, of Ministry of Interior and Territorial Communities, of the National Identification Office, the Ministry of Public Works, some technicians of the OMRH, of the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes, 3 representatives of the IFMS project (Integrated Financial Management System).
Among the topics that were discussed :
The involvement of the Directors General of the institutions concerned at all stages of the implementation of the UXP platform (or X ROAD);
Installation and configuration of the UXP in collaboration with IT managers;
Meetings to clarify what data will be shared between the institutions and the Memorandum of Understanding that will support these exchanges;
The update of the implementation plan of the government's electronic platform UXP by officials of the IFMS project (Intregrated Financial Management Systems)
The finalization of a communication plan to ensure the successful implementation of the platform in Haiti, not only to inform citizens and partners, but especially for formal adhesion to this new approach to the State.
The next meeting will be held February 18, 2016 at the OMRH.
Recall that UXP is a exchange software information fast and in real time to facilitate, on the one hand, access to government data for making informed decisions and promote the other, the data security that institutions will be asked to exchange between them. Note that the UXP , which will be replicated in Haiti has already been adopted by several developing countries and is widely regarded as the international standard for electronic data exchange between various institutions of government.
