After the last 20 appointments, the President a.i. Jocelerme Privert, does not seem to stop there. Thus, in a new presidential decree dated April 20, 2016 published in the official newspaper "Le Moniteur" the Head of State announces 8 new additional appointments :

List of nominations of April 20, 2016 :

• Jean-Marie Altéma, former Deputy Director of the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL), was appointed Director General of CONATEL, he replaces to this position Jean-Marie Guillaume ;

• Nécaire Grégoire, former Director General of the Ministry of Communication under the Martelly-Lamothe administration, is again appointed Director General of this Ministry. He takes over from Calvin Cadet ;

• Sonel Jean François (former investigating judge to the prosecutor and former Government Commissioner in 2011 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-3719-haiti-justice-sonel-jean-francois-sacked.html ),was appointed Director General a.i. of the Central Unit of Financial Intelligence (UCREF) ;

• Jamil Vincent, was appointed Departmental Delegate of Nippes ;

• Alex Michel Leroy, was appointed Divisional Delegate of Southeast ;

• Dominique Popotte Merise, was appointed Departmental Delegate of West ;

• Louis Paul Raphaël, was appointed Departmental Delegate of South ;

• Jean-Pierre Basilic Dantor Franck Étienne d’Argent, most known as Frankétienne, was made Ambassador of the Haitian Culture
