Rosny Desroche, executive director of ISC, said that between the voter lists prepared by the CEP and that of the National Identification Office there is a significant difference, very abnormal. The ONI reported 4,565,000 registered voters, while the CEP advance the number of 4,694,961 for a difference of 129.961 voters (+2.84%). Edouard Paultre, the coordinator of CONHANE, denounces as for him, the process of recruitment of the Members of Polling station (MBV) and of the electoral supervisors [in favor of INITE] outside the proceedings, and illegally. A situation that could compromise the election according to him.
