According to Dr. Mainville Fils, this resumption should be gradual with the 128 doctors in service, excluding resident physicians, who continue to camp radically on their position. This resumption should allow the HUEH, to operate 24 hours a day. However, let's recall that several times in the past medical residents have prevented the physicians of service who wanted to return to work...

Although he says understanding the demands of young resident physicians, Dr. Mainville Fils urges them to return to work for the Government taking steps to try to address their demands, stressing that it is not possible to take hostage the health of citizens.
