Most of our arrested compatriots who will be repatriated to Haiti, were dedicated to the sale of different products at traffic lights, in the streets, avenues and public places, an activity prohibited by the mayor for both Haitians and for the Dominicans without a patent in good standing. Recall that the hundreds of thousands of our compatriots in irregular migration in the Dominican territory, who risk expulsion at any time, are easy prey for networks of counterfeiters of Dominican and Haitian thugs, who get richer by selling at a high price PNRE cards that are immediately discovered during a biometric check.
