Haiti - Politic : The new Minister of the Interior takes office 26/04/2018 09:41:37
In his speech of convenience, after the traditional thanks to the Head of State and the Prime Minister for the confidence placed in him, the new Minister undertook to do his best to reinforce the actions already in progress, to bring new initiatives and lead the Ministry of the Interior to fulfill its mission of ensuring the stability of the country and ensuring the development of Territorial Communities. Minister Brunet also intends to strengthen the delegations and vice-delegations, as well as the Civil Protection and develop a frank collaboration with the Federations of elected officials. Brunet also praised the professionalism and political sense of outgoing Minister Saint-Albin who, according to him , "did a great job during his time as head of the Ministry. " He also promised, on the basis of skills, to facilitate young people's access to internships in the Ministry concluding by giving the guarantee that the sense of the State and the service, will guide his administration and all his actions.
