For his part, John Coffy student in law and economics at the Faculty of Gonaives, applauded the initiative taken by the students of Jacmel, which could be beneficial to the people "The state should rethink the functioning of the justice system" pleading in favor of a real empowerment of the legal apparatus of the country. Some participants, in their interventions have strongly criticized the Haitian authorities who appoint some incompetent people within the judicial system to satisfy their political desires.
