Haitian poet James Noël wins award

On May 24th, the Haitian poet James Noël (40 years old, born in 1978 in Hinche) received for his work "Belle Merveille" published by Zumba Editions, the Caribbean Award of the French Language Writers' Association (ADELF) at the headquarters of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF).
