Following the International Forum on State Reform held on 22 and 23 March 2018, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-23896-haiti-politic-opening-of-the-international-forum-on-state-reform.html the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH) has launched the implementation of the State Modernization Program (SME-2023) whose main objectives are to put the user at the center of the reform and put the country on the rails of development and economic growth.

The lack of communication and lack of ownership of the design and subsequent implementation of the two State Reform Framework Programs (PCRE I and II) led the OMRH to engage in an inclusive process of collective elaboration of the new reform program, bringing together the senior executives of public administration and non-state actors, representatives of civil society, media associations, national federations of mayors and ASECS, the private business sector, around of this process of institutional reengineering.

With a view to finalizing this new reference document on state reform, OMRH is organizing a seminar at the Marriott Hotel on 25 and 26 September 2018 for the benefit of the Directors General, Directors of Human Resources, privileged actors of implementation. An opportunity to exchange and contribute to the finalization of this collective work, which must be submitted to the Head of State at the end of September 2018.
