Osman and Dustin Daniel Porte as well as 2 foreigners having residence American : Bajagic Danilo (Serb) and Vlade Jankovic (Serb), left Haiti Wednesday on the flight of American Airlines 1059 and without handcuffs, to the United States where they will be prosecuted according to US authorities.

Only the 8th member of the commando, of Haitian nationality Michael Estera, remain Haiti in the hands of justice.
