Only the 8th member of the commando, of Haitian nationality Michael Estera, remain Haiti in the hands of justice. According to a police source, the National Police of Haiti (PNH) had requested in this case the assistance of the "Federal Bureau of Investigation" (FBI) but according to the agents of the FBI, because of the socio-political troubles, the investigation into the ground proved very complicated and the political dimension that could take this business following the declaration of conspiracy to make by Prime Minister Céant, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-26981-haiti-flash-mess-at-the-palace-around-the-commandos-of-foreigners-arrested-at-pap.html increased the risk of impartiality of the investigation in Haiti... This source reminds that it was difficult to oppose the Americans and to maintain these individuals in Haiti at the hands of justice... In the opinion of jurists, justice in Haiti was fully competent in this crime committed under its jurisdiction and these individuals should not have been transferred as easily and as quickly to the US... In this business, the mission of this mysterious commando remains intact for the moment, like the real reasons of the American Government, beyond the unfounded explanations of the FBI.
