Haiti - PetroCaribe : The Collective of 4 December 2013, opposed toan international audit 15/07/2019 09:10:34
Note of Collective of December 4 2013 : "[...] In the said statement President Moïse solicits from the OAS, the sending in our country of an audit commission which should work on the PetroCaribe file, thus rejecting the report of the Superior Court of Accounts and Litigation Administrative. We denounce his attitude and reject this scandalous initiative of the Head of State who thereby disgraces, vilifies, degrades and betrays our institutions. This call to the OAS, once again, demonstrates that the President of our country, Jovenel Moïse, is not at the scale of the challenges and is only engulfing us even more in the crisis. The Collective of 4 December categorically opposes this approach and asks all its sister organizations of the Civil Society and all the forces of the nation to make a common front against this infamy. Stop shame ! Long live National Dignity ! Long live the Petrocaribe Trial ! Long live the Founding Transition of the Nation !"
