Thursday in Jacmel around 2:00 am, a large part of the building housing the Southeast Departmental Office of the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSC/CA) was vandalized and destroyed by fire using Molotov cocktails by unidentified individuals.

According to preliminary information, firefighters have had great difficulty mastering the disaster and all office equipment and furniture have been destroyed as well as court files and other important documents.

The authorities remain silent about the reasons for this act, while other sources mention a possible link with the case of embezzlement PetroCaribe as pressure increases on the office of Port-au-Prince CSA/CA that delay in publishing the remaining 25% of its investigation report...
