Haiti - Security : All details on the weapons of war seized at Toussaint Louverture Airport 14/11/2019 08:15:05
After inspection of the baggage and identification of all the elements contained, the General Administration of Customs (AGD), informs us that the arrested passenger did not hold any authorization from the National Police of Haiti for the import of these weapons on the national territory in violation of the decree of 12 January 1988 (article 6) and that the weapons of war found in the luggage of the suspect, are prohibited in Haiti and were seized as contraband in accordance with Article 228 of the Customs Code of 1987. In the suitcases of Duroseau, besides his personal clothes the customs officers found :
