Haiti - FLASH : The former navy Duroseau, claims to have come to Haiti to help the FAd'H training 15/11/2019 11:07:22
The hearing of the former US Navy is taking place in the presence of representatives of the US Embassy in Haiti said the Commissioner Auguste, who informed that Duroseau had acknowledged not having a license to land these weapons and ammunition in Haiti and that he thought that as a Sergeant in the US Army he did not need permission.
