The Head of State first went to the Lycée national Philippe Guerrier in Cap-Haitien which had been badly damaged during the earthquake in January 2010. As part of his commitment to rebuild the national lycée Philippe Guerrier, Moïse announced the arrival on January 21 of a mission from the National Laboratory of Public Works which will come to assess the state of the infrastructure.
