Haiti - FLASH : Panic and violent demonstration of «police offciers» in Port-au-Prince

Barricades of flaming tires have been erected on several roads in the capital blocking traffic. Thick black smoke was visible on the roads of the capital where sporadic gunfire was heard causing panic among the population.
In Delmas, unidentified individuals forced under the threat of the drivers to leave their private vehicle to make barricades with them, without the PNH patrols intervening to restore order...
Arriving at the Champ-de-Mars, the demonstrating police fired numerous shots near the National Palace, without provoking reactions from either the riot unit, nor the polic forcee visible on the spot, or the soldiers ensuring the security of the FAd'H headquarters.
