Severe power rationing

Dadou at the heart of a scandal ?
The President of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) Yves Jean Bart aka "Dadou" according to an investigation by the British daily newspaper "The Guardian" which cites anonymous sources, is accused of having sexually abused several girl young soccer players at the Center de the Croix-des-bouquets.
