Haiti - FLASH : Several perpetrators of the Delmas 32 massacre already identified 02/07/2021 10:55:08
"The Government as a whole and the President of the Republic are appalled by this terrorist attack perpetrated by members of the phantom group 509 which claimed the lives of over fifteen citizens including the journalist from Radio Vision 200, Diego Charles and Antoinette Duclair," explained the Prime Minister, Joseph who promised that the authors will not go unpunished.
