Monday, September 13, 2021, the announcement by Prime Minister Ariel Henry in the Council of Ministers of the (disputed) dismissal of Minister of Justice Rockeffer Vincent, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-34739-haiti-flash-the-pm-dismisses-the-minister-of-justice-the-government-commissioner-and-the-sg-of-the-council-of-ministers.html has not been published so far in the official journal "Le Moniteur" and therefore remains an "oral dismissal", also taking into account the confusion that has reigned since the signing of the September 11 agreement, which makes access to official information difficult.

Let's recall that Minister Vincent was the main support of Me Bed-Fort Claude, the Commissioner of the Government of Port-au-Prince who was dismissed for having invited Prime Minister Henry to come and explain himself on 2 phone calls lasting total of 7 minutes (according to Digicel telephone records), spent the day of the assassination of President Moïse, with the fugitive Joseph Félix Badio who is accused of having physically participated in the operation which led to the assassination of President Moïse.

However, in the letter of dismissal sent by the Prime Minister to the Government Commissioner, the (politically correct) reason mentioned is “serious administrative fault."
