Let's recall that Minister Vincent was the main support of Me Bed-Fort Claude, the Commissioner of the Government of Port-au-Prince who was dismissed for having invited Prime Minister Henry to come and explain himself on 2 phone calls lasting total of 7 minutes (according to Digicel telephone records), spent the day of the assassination of President Moïse, with the fugitive Joseph Félix Badio who is accused of having physically participated in the operation which led to the assassination of President Moïse. However, in the letter of dismissal sent by the Prime Minister to the Government Commissioner, the (politically correct) reason mentioned is “serious administrative fault."
