Kidnapping : 1 dead and one injured at BLTS
On Saturday, an agent of the Narcotics Trafficking Brigade (BLTS), from a patrol that tried to thwart a kidnapping was shot and killed in street Cameau (Port-au-Prince) and another agent Ysrael Dimitry injured during exchanges of fire with the kidnappers who managed to escape with their hostage identified as Patrick Derenoncourt, Professor of Criminology and Constitutional Law at the State University of Haiti.
