Haiti - Politic : The G16 accuses the President Martelly to be responsible for the situation
While last Friday, the President Michel Martelly received at his office at the National Palace the Senator Joseph Lambert in an atmosphere "of serenity..." the Senator Wencesclass Lambert, asks to the President not to lose time and engage a genuine negotiation with the parliamentary groups, stating that "if the country is blocked we [G16] are not responsible for..."

"...we ask the President not to lose time and engage a genuine negotiation with the parliamentary groups represented in Parliament, that they are called minority or majority, he must meet all the groups quickly to engage a genuine dialogue with political parties, all political parties that have representatives in parliament INITE, ALLIANCE etc... etc...

His Prime Minister designate will not pass the Senate step without a majority" said that everyone knows very well where is the blockage of the country, accusing the Head of State to show no willingness to want to find an agreement with the G16, since the rejection of the candidacy of Me. Bernard Gousse...

The Senator Desras Simon Dieuseul, also declines any responsibility in the country's political deadlock and launched a warning against any aggression from close to the government, saying that members of an operation known as "debloke peyi" would have threatened to take action, if the parliamentarians did not ratify the next Prime Minister-designate... He warned, that if there is verbal or physical aggression against the Senators members of the G16, this could have serious consequences "If one hair falls from the head of one of us, we will know who are the authors..."
