Youston Louis-Juste (32) from Sarazin, 2nd communal section of Mirebalais, presented by the National Police of Haiti (PNH) as the right arm of "Lanmò San Jou" Chiefs of the "400 Mawozo" was arrested this week in the locality "Pilon" (municipality of Mirebalais).
