Youston Louis-Juste (32) from Sarazin, 2nd communal section of Mirebalais, presented by the National Police of Haiti (PNH) as the right arm of "Lanmò San Jou" Chiefs of the "400 Mawozo" was arrested this week in the locality "Pilon" (municipality of Mirebalais).

Let's recall that this is the second time that the PNH arrests this individual. The first time he was the leader of a gang that sowed mourning and terror among the population of Mirebalais. Hit by a bullet during his arrest, it was while receiving treatment at the University Hospital of Mirebalais (HUM) that he managed to escape...

Now on the run and wanted, he took refuge in Croix-des-Bouquets where he joined the "400 Mawozo" Gang before becoming the right arm of the Chief "Lanmò San Jou" position he occupied during his second arrest...

For the moment Youston Louis-Juste is placed in police custody pending legal action.
