He recalls that according to the law of July 26, 1979 in its article 7, "the investigating judge seized of a case has a period of three months distributed as follows : two months for the conduct of the investigation and one month for the closing order" underlining "[...] my appointment, although made at the end of May 2022, was only acted upon during the month of July when an office and the documents in the file were made available to me arrangement [...]" In his order, Judge Walter Wesser Voltaire did not request the extension of his mandate.
