Consulate Montreal : New schedule The Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal advises the public in general and the Haitian community in Quebec in particular that the opening hours of the Consulate are from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., strictly by appointment. The interval from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. is devoted to lunch for employees. It is not recommended to show up at its premises during these times. This new schedule will take effect from Monday, February 6, 2023. Greenhouse agriculture The pilot project of the Ministry of Agriculture concerning the promotion of greenhouse agriculture is carried out in four municipalities of the West department : Cité-Soleil, Kenscoff, Léogâne and Arcahaie.
