Haiti - Insecurity : New delay in the delivery of armored vehicles to Haiti 10/04/2023 09:47:41
Last year, the Canadian company INKAS, which manufactures these vehicles, pledged to send 18 armored vehicles designed to resist mines and ambushes in Haiti.
